The Patient Care Specialist will engage with patients, support doctors, and help with scheduling and records in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments.
• Ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a “Wow” in-person patient experience.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling/patient records systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and support patients throughout visits
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience
• Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education

Pay and Clinic Hours:

• Pay: $17.05/Hour - $18.00
• Clinic Hours:
  M-TH: 7:00 AM-11:30 AM & 2:30 PM- 8:00 PM
  Fri, Sat: 7:30 AM-11:30 AM
