Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. No healthcare experience is required, with paid virtual and hands-on training provided to grow your skills and career.

You will welcome patients, support clinic flow, learn clinical techniques, and help with scheduling and records. This role offers growth opportunities across wellness disciplines.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments can translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a "Wow" in-person patient experience.

• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for extended periods and assisting with hands-on patient care activities
• Full-time schedule availability & flexibility strongly preferred - Hours and workdays are based on clinic needs, including varying shifts and Saturdays as scheduled.
• Must be able to commute to the chiropractic clinic location
• Recent graduates from high school, technical/vocational programs, community colleges, and four-year colleges are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in healthcare, kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, fitness, wellness, or other people-focused careers.
