TVG‑Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic setting. The role includes paid training, scheduling, chart updates, and assisting with patient care to ensure a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are energetic and team-oriented, and are eager to grow in healthcare. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits and growth potential.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments can translate well to this position.
• What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a "Wow" in-person patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience
• Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education

• Schedule:
  • Mon -Thur 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM &2:30 PM - 8:00 PM

• Recent graduates from high school, technical/vocational programs, community colleges, and four-year colleges are encouraged to apply, especially those interested in healthcare, kinesiology, exercise science, health sciences, fitness, wellness, or other people-focused careers.
