TVG-Medulla, LLC in Anchorage (Huffman) is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join a fast-paced clinic. This full-time role starts at USD 20 per hour and includes paid training to advance to USD 22 within 6 months.

You will work directly with patients and Doctors of Chiropractic to support care and clinic flow. You'll learn hands-on clinical skills, guide patients through exercises, manage scheduling, and help maintain records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar people-focused environments translates well.
• Must be able to commute to the chiropractic clinic location.
• Strong learning ability, organization, and clear communication.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting at $20/hour with a path to get you to $22.00 within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 5-day work week with long lunches:
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30am-1:00pm &2:30pm-7:00pm;
  • Tuesday/Thursday 7:00am- 11:30am &2:00pm-6:30pm
  • One Friday per quarter 8am-10am.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environmentscan translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and providea “Wow”in-person patient experience.
