Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, and documentation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations under provider direction.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate schedules for procedures and follow-ups; communicate test results and care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to Trinity Health policies.
