CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant for an onsite 40-hour workweek. The role focuses on intake, clinical rooming, and proactive patient education to ensure smooth doctor visits.

You will manage EMR inboxes, verify med histories, and perform targeted screenings, supporting physicians to concentrate on clinical decisions. Qualified candidates demonstrate HIPAA knowledge, infection control, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• HIPAA & Safety policies compliance.
• Infection prevention and OSHA standards.
• Computer literacy and EMR familiarity.
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming including vitals, med/allergy verification, patient history, screenings.
• Inbox & Worklist Management using EMR routing to ensure same-day touch.
• Education & loop-back to verify patient understanding of next steps.
