Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and chiropractors in a fast-paced clinic environment in Indiana. The role includes hands-on training and opportunities to advance within the organization.

You will welcome patients, assist doctors, schedule appointments, and help maintain a positive patient experience. Starting at $17/hour with paid training and varied shifts based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments.
• Ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a “Wow” in-person patient experience.
• Willingness to commute to the chiropractic clinic location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience
• Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education

  • Mon -Thur 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Mon - Thur 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Qualifications
