Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking an on-site Healthcare Assistant (Chiropractic Assistant) in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will greet patients, support care teams, and help coordinate daily clinic operations while learning hands-on techniques from experienced chiropractors.

No prior healthcare experience is required, and paid training is provided. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth in patient care and clinic leadership within a mission-driven healthcare group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Positive, professional, patient-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new processes and technology.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including helping patients with stretching exercises and using clinic equipment.
• Ability to work full-time and commute to the clinic location.
• Interest in healthcare, chiropractic care, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
• Previous healthcare experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face patients trust from check-in to check-out.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques from chiropractors; no prior healthcare experience needed.
• Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations: schedule appointments, update records, manage flow, and support events.
