Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients alongside Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. The role blends paid virtual and hands-on training, with opportunities to grow into leadership and clinical roles, while delivering a welcoming patient experience.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with a path to $22.00/hour within six months. Full-time hours run Monday-Thursday with long lunches, and occasional Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare is valued.
• Ability to learn, communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide a positive patient experience.
• Willingness to grow into leadership, clinical training, or patient care roles over time.

• Starting at $20.00/hour with a path to get you to $22.00/hourwithin the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday8:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-8pm. One Friday per quarter 8am-10am.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Qualifications

Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environmentscan translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and providea “Wow”in-person patient experience.
