Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work directly with patients and doctors in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will receive paid virtual and hands-on training and help with patient flow, scheduling, and records.

Join a team that values wellness and community impact. Starting at $21.33/hour with a path to $23.33 in six months, full-time four-day weeks, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and complimentary chiropractic care for you and family.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout visits.

• Starting at $21.33/hour with a path to get you to $23.33within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday8:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-8pm. One Friday per quarter 8am-10am.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Qualifications

Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environmentscan translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and providea Wowin-person patient experience.
