Your role emphasizes patient-centered communication, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the care team to let physicians focus on clinical decisions while you handle the rest.

Qualifications

• Mandatory HIPAA and safety compliance
• Graduated from MA program or has 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake & clinical rooming with vitals, medication verification, allergy checks, and history.
• Inbox/worklist management in EMR to ensure same-day task completion.
• Educate patients and verify understanding using loop-back method.
