Serves as a knowledgeable resource for patient access processes, system workflows, and front office standards, supporting consistent execution across the team. Patient Care Specialist III works under limited supervision to resolve non-routine operational problems and takes on projects that require analysis and cross-functional input. Decisions impact team output and the quality of administrative or operational processes.
