OneroRx is seeking a caring Patient Care Specialist for our Home Medical Equipment department. You will work directly with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide mobility aids, safety products, and related DME in home settings.

No prior DME experience required; we provide full training. This role emphasizes compassionate service, clear communication, and helping patients maintain independence.

• Deliver and set up equipment in patients' homes (some lifting and driving).
• Work with healthcare providers and insurers to ensure proper documentation and coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient and equipment records.
• Support sales growth by building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, and community partners.

Position Overview

We are looking for a kind, caring, and people-focused team member to join our Home Medical Equipment (DME) department. In this role, you will work directly with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide essential medical equipment such as mobility aids, home safety supplies, and therapeutic shoes.

No prior DME experience is required — we provide all training

Work Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Clinical and retail setting within a pharmacy-based DME environment.
