Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for the Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center House Supervisors. The role oversees staffing, resources, and patient care quality in a 24/7 operation with 40 hours per week.

You will lead teams, coordinate with physicians and departments, and drive governance and performance improvements. Required: Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license, and at least 5 years in nursing with supervisory experience in staff and budgets.

Qualifications

• RN license required (state-issued) and nursing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience in staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resources to ensure optimal nursing care.
• Manages staffing, scheduling patterns and labor standards.
• Evaluates quality of patient care and ensures availability of resources for improvement.
