Qualifications

Responsibilities

Follow HIPAA rules to protect patient privacy in all interactions.
Handle calls and messages related to insurance, billing, scheduling, and fax management.
Manage medical records, prior authorizations, referrals, and coordinate care.
Collaborate with providers and operations to support urgent patient needs.
Communicate clearly to ensure a positive patient experience.
Use NICE, Slack, G Suite, Zoom, and EMR systems for daily tasks.
Participate in meetings and support in-office providers with patient needs.
