Revere Health in Utah is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join the Patient Communication Team. The role supports patient communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination to improve access and clinic efficiency.

You will handle calls, assist with scheduling, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with MA, providers, and staff. Hours are M-F, 7:45 am - 5:00 pm, 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, medical office, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced medical office.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to use computer systems and learn electronic medical record workflows.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when handling patient information.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but is not required.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming patient calls and respond to general patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-up questions, and navigating clinic services.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Address patient concerns within the scope of the position and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Patient Communication Team, Medical Assistants, providers, and front-office staff.
• Follow established message-routing protocols and provider-specific instructions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
