• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn other software as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Accurately schedules services per department protocol and assigned area(s).
• Coordinates resources to ensure appropriate level of care at every interaction.
• Adheres to department policies with flexibility for changing procedures.
• Maintains quality metrics per department QA programs.
• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing; maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborates with leadership and staff to maintain daily operations.
• Assists with cross training and onboarding of new hires.
• Works with other departments to ensure visits are properly scheduled.
• Monitors access issues with provider schedules affecting patient experience.
