Schedule & Work Environment

PRN / Casual / As‑needed, Monday–Friday (no nights, no weekends), daytime hours with excellent work‑life balance. High‑volume, fast‑paced clinic setting. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally—making them feel welcomed and valued.
  • Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Prioritize patient registrations based on acuity and clinic workflow.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using verification software.
  • Explain out‑of‑pocket costs clearly and compassionately.
  • Collect and process payments in accordance with policies.
  • Identify self‑pay patients and refer them to financial counseling as needed.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
  • Support clinic operations with general administrative assistance.
  • Communicate opportunities for service improvements to leadership.
  • Take pride in accuracy, productivity, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
