Integrity Rehab Group, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Highlands Ranch, CO. This entry-level role supports clinic operations, handles patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office duties with a focus on customer service.

You will work with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, collaborate with teams, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• As a team member, efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrivals to improve patient experience.
• Manage schedule, documents, deposits, non-clinical paperwork, and insurance reporting.
