Qualifikationen

• Communication skills – must relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, meet deadlines, work with little supervision.
• Time management and presentation skills; work as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Collect money due at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments.
• Maintain an orderly front office workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Attend required trainings and manage clinic operations.
