Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• Prior packet review / QI experience preferred; coding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits and manage calendars for patients and staff.
• Coordinate with field staff, patients, and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Run scheduling reports and prepare weekly staff schedules.
• Assist with on-call coverage and staff management; participate in weekly case conferences.
