Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging is seeking a PCC III to supervise call center scheduling and patient coordination across all centers. The role involves hands-on scheduling, system oversight, and developing the PCC team through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, call-center, customer-service, veterinary, healthcare operations.
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active scheduling workload alongside the PCC team.
• Schedule and coordinate patients across all Sage modalities and centers.
• Communicate with pet owners and referring teams regarding scheduling and case coordination.
• Obtain and organize information needed to facilitate scheduling.
• Provide appointment instructions, estimates, and scheduling information.
• Manage complex scheduling and coordinate across centers.
• Coach PCCs on scheduling, communication, and prioritization.
• Lead onboarding and training of PCC team members.
