Desert Orthopaedic Center/Integrity Rehab Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our team. This entry-level office role supports clinic operations, handles referrals, verifies insurance, collects payments, and delivers friendly patient service.

As PCC-I you will work with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient front office workflows, manage schedules, coordinate non-clinical tasks, and contribute to a welcoming, compliant patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multitasks in multiple computer programs daily.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for a great patient experience.
• Manage schedules, document routing, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor deposits, insurance reporting, and inventory.
