Qualifications

• Ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage organizational details, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and influence arrival rate with a great patient experience.
• Manage schedule, document routing, personal overtime, and non-clinical documentation.
• Monitor deposits, Caseload, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
