Job summary

Daydreams Procedure Center is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients with scheduling and treatment options in a warm, patient‑centered environment. You’ll explain costs and coordinate between referring offices and surgical teams to keep the schedule clear and efficient.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software, and careful data handling.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience & understanding of accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel (dental software systems a plus!).
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail when handling clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with positive communication between all parties
