Mid-Peninsula Dental Specialists is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patient scheduling and treatment coordination. You will explain options and costs to patients, and work closely with referring offices and surgery teams to manage schedules.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organized data handling, and collaboration with a supportive team to deliver high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
• Experience with accounting and office systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel (dental software systems a plus!).
• Efficient work ethic and attention to detail in clerical procedures, patient data, scheduling, & filing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & explain treatment options and related costs to patients.
• Manage surgery schedule for location(s) assigned between referring offices and surgery teams.
• Collect necessary data, clearances, consent forms, payments, and correspond with postive communication between all parties.
