Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and manage check-out.
• Answer calls and document inquiries in the EHR.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on outreach.
• Maintain demographic information and handle payments.
• Navigate scheduling protocols and in-basket queues.
• Scan documents into the EHR per protocol.
• Protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations as needed.
