AEG Vision in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations and coordinate patient flow. You will support schedule optimization and seamless coordination across the care team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR and practice management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as primary contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars, including cancellations and reschedules.
• Execute appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics; enter data in EMR.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support patient retention through follow-up and recall initiatives.
