FYZICAL Collegeville is seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our clinic. You will be the first point of contact, coordinating patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with insurance verification (copays, deductibles, authorizations) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures of the office each day.
• Schedule and enter appointment dates and times into computerized scheduler.
• Gather all intake information and enter patient into the EMR.
• Compile and manage the Referral Conversion Report (DMR).
• Record when appointments have been filled or canceled.
• Document reasons for cancellation or reschedule and inform treating therapist.
• Telephone patients to remind them of initial appointments.
• Greet and direct patients, salespeople, referral sources, and visitors.
• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries or direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with other medical office needs, including receiving and posting payments for services provided.
• Reconcile all payments for deposit each day.
• Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company’s values statement and social contract.
• Other duties as assigned.
