Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls to respective departments with calm demeanor.
• Schedule and reschedule patients according to need, availability, and urgency.
• Inform callers about providers, services, and practice locations.
• Assist and navigate patients to facilities using mapping resources.
• Update patient information in the EMR system.
• Translate and assist patients by addressing needs.
• Follow all company policies on patient service standards.
