Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers, located in Lawrenceville, GA, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our clinic team. You will deliver patient care, follow evidence-based guidelines, monitor patient status, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to support optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active Georgia RN license, BLS and ALS/ACLS certifications, and comfort with medical software and equipment.

Responsibilities

Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making for the specific area and patient population.
Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidenced-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications and document all encounters and progress notes.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Educates care plans, provides emotional support and advice to patients and their family members
