• Communicate appointment details and manage patient inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate with physicians, home health agencies, and discharge planners for timely delivery.
• Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and conflicts to minimize disruption.
• Maintain scheduling records and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
