Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments for DME, PAP, and oxygen equipment.
• Arrange routine maintenance visits, equipment exchanges, and compliance checks.
• Prioritize urgent scheduling including emergency oxygen deliveries and CPAP failures.
• Communicate appointment times and changes to patients and providers.
• Coordinate with physicians' offices and home health agencies on discharge timing.
• Maintain scheduling records and generate performance reports.
• Utilize scheduling software and scheduling systems for accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
