Sentara Endocrinology Specialists Careplex - Lab in Hampton, VA is seeking a full-time Patient Care Representative to join our team. You will manage patient registration, check-in/check-out, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and handle medical records requests while greeting patients and visitors warmly.

The role supports a first-shift schedule (days) with hours from 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register new and current patients at the site and manage the registration process.
• Complete check-in and check-out functions, including collection of co-pays.
• Schedule appointments and handle requests for medical records.
• Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors with a smile.

Overview:

Sentara Endocrinology Specialists Careplex - Lab is now hiring a full-time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA.

Location: Hampton, VA

Work Shift: First (Days)
