• Answers questions and educates customers about products/services
• Documents calls in a computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in a computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information in records
• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
• Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients
• Help with training of employees
• Calculate figures related to frequency and doses dispensed
