Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Proven experience in healthcare, call center, customer service, or patient support setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive telephonic outreach to facilitate care coordination.
• Streamline patient access to appointments with clarity.
• Collaborate with staff to address patient inquiries and needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities.
• Participate in preventive care campaigns.

Connaissances

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to manage high-volume phone calls

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
