Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Consumer Care Advisor to support patients through onboarding, product adoption and ongoing self-care within Coloplast Care. You will guide patients on product options, samples, and reimbursement resources while troubleshooting questions and maintaining a high-quality experience.

Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals, Territory Managers, Clinical, Marketing, and DtC teams, you will deliver onboarding, follow up and engagement via phone and email across structured

Qualifications

• College or university degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, patient support, customer service or related environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly by phone and email.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation in CRM or patient support systems.
• Bilingual French and English preferred where needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients enrolled in Coloplast Care, supporting onboarding to product adoption.
• Provide guidance on product options, sampling, reimbursement resources, troubleshooting, and program services.
• Deliver patient onboarding, follow up, and engagement through phone, email, and established journeys.
• Identify patient needs and coordinate follow up, support, or escalation as required.
• Partner with Healthcare Professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
