Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in related field.
• Six months' experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates services for patients and referrals, including order processing and delivery follow-up.
• Prepares orders for timely billing.
• Delivers customer service via phone, email and in person; advises on equipment and insurance options.
• Manages branch operations: inventory, records, reports, documentation, and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the branch office manager.
