Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months’ experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for patients and referrals, ensuring timely order processing and delivery.
• Prepare orders for accurate billing.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person; advise on equipment, care, and insurance.
