Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Kentucky to support branch office services for patients and referrals, including order processing, coordinating product delivery, and patient education.

The role also handles inventory, records-keeping, and office maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance across HIPAA and relevant boards. It requires strong communication, service orientation, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six months' experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates services for patients and referrals including order processing, timely delivery of equipment, warranty repairs and replacements, and follow-up to ensure service excellence.
• Prepares orders for timely and accurate billing.
• Delivers customer service via phone, email and face-to-face; advises patients and caregivers on equipment, service options, care and maintenance, insurance coverage, and payment options.
• Supports branch operations such as inventory, records-keeping, reports, documentation, office maintenance and cleaning, and compliance with HIPAA, regulatory boards, and applicable rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the branch office manager.
