Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• Six months' experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for patients and referrals including timely order processing and delivery of equipment.
• Prepare orders for timely and accurate billing.
• Deliver customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions; advise patients on equipment options and insurance, handling payments.
• Support branch operations: inventory, records-keeping, reports, and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory boards.
• Other duties as assigned by the branch office manager.
