• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules and cross-coverage as needed.
• Experience with electronic health records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex appointment schedules and daily activities for a multispecialty practice.
• Prepare patients and complete pre-examination records and screenings.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information; communicate scheduling delays.
• Assist with processing ABN forms, insurance verification, and patient communications.
• Navigate multiple electronic applications and assist patients with kiosks.
