Job summary

Blink Health is hiring a Patient Support/Customer Support Specialist to guide patients through enrollment, resolve insurance barriers, and provide support via phone, email, and chat. This onsite Pittsburgh role emphasizes curiosity, proactive problem solving, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

You will coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers, assist with verification and financial aid programs, and maintain strict confidentiality per HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education a plus.
• Experience in customer service or retail, call center, or front-line roles is beneficial.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients via phone, email, and chat to guide enrollment and prescription fulfillment.
• Outreach to help patients complete key steps in their prescription journey.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
