Qualifications

• Healthcare customer service experience (preferred).
• Medical terminology knowledge (preferred).
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Front office medical receptionist experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and maintain organized front desk operations.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients and staff.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients, healthcare providers and office staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and protect patient confidentiality.
