Job summary

Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Patient Experience Navigator to act as a liaison between patients and the clinical care team, coordinating appointments, transportation, education and support services to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with Nurse Navigator and care staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while addressing non-traditional needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients and the clinical care team to ensure satisfaction and alignment with plan of care.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation and education for patients and families.
• Communicate and implement plans of care with the multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Navigator.
• Support departments to resolve non-clinical and logistical barriers affecting care delivery.
