Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and active RN license.
• Three years of hospital, managed care, or medical office experience.
• BSN preferred; Lifesupport certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.) as per dept.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the continuum and educate patients and families.
• Facilitate decision making, advocate for patients, and support the care team to improve throughput and satisfaction.
