Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments across multidisciplinary care teams.
• Refer patients to internal/external resources as needed.
• Act as a liaison between patient, nurses, physicians and the care team.
• Educate patients and families about care provided.
• Ensure paperwork and insurance requirements are completed before appointments.
