Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of medical front office experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to cover other offices and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work the posted schedule.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient information and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Obtain signatures and upload documents to the chart.
• Maintain medical records and correct registration errors.
• Schedule appointments and answer calls promptly.
• Handle referrals and follow-up services with providers.
• Comply with HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
