You will work in a fast-paced environment, with up to 75% travel to cover other offices. Requires a High School Diploma and medical office experience; Epic EMR and MS Office tools preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in a medical office performing scheduling, front-desk duties, insurance verification, and medical records responsibilities.
• 1+ year computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to navigate multiple web applications.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Verify insurance on the date of service.
• Schedule appointments and manage medical records.
• Handle referrals and documentation promptly.
• Communicate with patients and care team to ensure continuity of care.
