You will obtain and verify patient information, maintain records, coordinate appointments with the care team, and ensure HIPAA compliance. A high school diploma and 1+ year front-office experience are required; Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in medical front office (scheduling, check-in/out, insurance verification).
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook; ability to cover other offices if needed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate patient information (name, address, insurance).
• Perform insurance verification at the date of service.
• Obtain signatures for required documents and upload IDs/insurance cards.
• Maintain medical records and registration workflow; correct errors in queues.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with care team and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
